music men quilt

  Isla Hoffman, who is directing the musical we are doing, came up to me at rehearsal last night and said,  "You know that quilt you had in the quilt show?"  I thought she was talking about the roosters because that is the one I got the most feedback on.  Then she said, "The music men.  I want it."  So, I told her she could have it.  I just made it to make it, not to keep.  It will have a good home with her and she will appreciate it.

Roosters

I finally finished the Roosters wall hanging with hours to spare before the quilt show.  No sweat.  The pictures don't show the detail well, like the beading on the flowers, eyes and spurs.  They were a lot of fun.
