These are some little birds that we saw by the parking lot at the Cinemark in Webster. There were about 6 of them. I looked them up on the Internet when we got home and they are Monk parakeets and were brought to the US from South America in the 60s to sell as pets. Some of them escaped or were set loose and now there are wild ones in many states and other places around the world and do well in the wild. I had never seen one. They are too big to be a parakeet and too small to be a parrot. The info I fouond said they are charismatic and intelligent. And very cute.
